When you picture an athlete training for their sport, you might imagine them doing repetitive drills, training the strength and endurance of their muscles. 

But what if we trained our minds in the same way ? What if we also made our brain stronger and more resilient ? I believe that mental preparation is the difference between a good athlete and a great athlete. The power of the mind has been proven over and over : if your mind is ready, your body will follow.

A mental coach is not a guru, a magician, or a psychotherapist. I don’t have all the answers. I am there to ask you great questions and to help you find your own answers. 

My goal is to help you define and reach your objectives. To unlock your full potential. To bring you tools that will help you develop a positive mindset, sharp focus, mental toughness and new beliefs, so you can perform consistently, including in high-pressure situations.
